🧂 Salt and black pepper to taste
🌿 2 tsp of ginger powder

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Taro:
    • Peel and dice the taro root into bite-sized pieces.
    • Season the taro with salt and black pepper.
    • Add half of the corn starch to the taro and toss well to ensure even coating.

    • Add diced red onion and green bell pepper, sautéing for about 3 minutes while stirring constantly until they start to soften.
  4. Combine Ingredients:
    • Add minced garlic to the pan and stir quickly to avoid burning.
    • Return the fried taro and beef to the pan, stirring to combine with the vegetables.
    • Add chili pepper flakes to your taste preference for spiciness.
  5. Finish & Serve:
    • Cook everything together for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring all flavors meld together beautifully.
